During remote support sessions using AnyDesk, our technicians will have the ability to:

Session Recording and Logging:
All remote support sessions may be recorded (video and audio) for quality assurance, training, security, and liability protection purposes. We maintain detailed session logs including date, time, duration, technician name, customer information, and actions performed. These records are retained for 90 days and are accessible only to authorized personnel, supervisors, and legal/compliance teams (or law enforcement if required by law).
