Shane Maloney, who was raised in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia, graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Certificate in Computer Security. From a very young age, Shane developed an interest in technology, fostering his passion for critical thinking and problem-solving. He frequently assisted family, friends, and colleagues with their tech-related problems, deriving not only satisfaction from resolving these issues but also from aiding others. Recognizing an opportunity to merge his skills and passion with a career, Shane founded Residential Technological Solutions, LLC in 2023.

Yes. We offer in-home, remote and pickup/drop off (free mileage) service.
No, you do not have to be present at the time of service, but we ask you to stay available in case we need to contact you or get disconnected during a remote service.
